Buttermilk Cookies

Hi Lovina or  Kevin Williams,

In our paper- Log Cabin Democrate , Conway, Ar. the recipe for Buttermilk Cookies was in there this past week.

My question is about the Maply Flavoring.  It doesn't say how much to use.  So I was wondering if the recipe was typed correctly by our newspaper staff. I was wanting to make them this evening.  Also, can I mix them up a head of time and put them in the refrigerator for a couple of days?

I looked forward to every Friday so I can get the paper, check out the recipe for the week and also to see what Lovina and the family have been doing.   We had a chance to go over to Lancaster, Penn. and see these wonderful folks, and all the craft, etc that they have made and to sell.  I had a wonderful time just shopping, let alone going to one of the restaurants and sample all the wonderful food that these great ladies prepared.  Thank you so much Lovina for sharing your life, your recipes with us each week.

Sincerely,

Donna Smith

Conway, Ar.

Donna,

I made the Buttermilk cookies, I put 1 tsp of maple flavoring in but I will increase it when I make them the next time.
