More of my chickens
Here are some more photos of my chickens. I hope you enjoy them. You'll have to click on the links to view them (Kevin, is there a way to get them to show up in the blog itself?)

A serama egg. It's hard to tell the size (even though I have a quarter next to it), but they're small. On average I get a 0.7 oz egg.

Here is an egg comparison from my birds. L to R: Quarter, Bobwhite quail egg (I no longer keep the Bobwhite variety of quail), Serama egg and a regular size chicken egg.

This is my husband, Neil, with some of our seramas on his arm. From L to R: Feathered One, Black Beard, Little Bit and Mostly White. We only have Feathered One and Little Bit now.

Another picture of Bok-Bok because he's always so handsome!

That's it for now. I've got some pictures of my quail, including photos of them hatching. I may post those later.
Re: More of my chickens
These pictures are wonderful! I love them!
My in-laws are in San Antonio as well...I may have to come see your chickens in person next time we travel out there!

Re: More of my chickens
Oh really? What side of town are they on? We are on the northeast side sandwiched between Converse, Live Oak and Windcrest which is why we are "in the county" or as I like to call it, the black hole. We're technically San Antonio but get none of the city benefits.
Re: More of my chickens
Yup.
They're on the northwest side of town. Inside the 1604 loop between Guilbeau and Culebra - just about due west of you, I'd guess.
Re: More of my chickens
I will get one to you shortly. I really need to take updated pictures!

I just love the pics! Do you have a comparison pic of the serama chicken, to see how it compares size-wise to a normal sized chicken?
