Warsaw Book Signing
Submitted by wesleyba on 9 May 2009 - 2:46pmI just got home from Warsw, Kevin is probably still driving, poor fellow. It was a very nice day. The crowd was not real big, but the store let what people they could know that Livona would not be there. Kevin said he had talked to her and she was feeling better. I did ask about the Rabbit, it has joined his family. Most that came today are coming back when Kevin has a chance to set another date. I took him some Maple Syrup that I pick up in Wakarusa a few weeks back. He said he would give Livona hers when he saw her. Hope he get home safey and in time for the game.

Borders, Books, & Music: Book Signing
Submitted by wesleyba on 15 November 2008 - 8:43pmI just got home from Merriville, In. Two hours each way. I am not as articulate as bkcronin is but here goes. I don't think the weather was as nice as last week end, but they had a nice turn out. We need to tease Kevin about making a wrong turn. He was about a half hour late. It was nice to meet Lovina, Joe, Kevin, and Rachel. Just one of the kids made the trip,Verena age 10. She sure is a sweet heart. When I left Lovina and Kevin were signing some extra books, which means a few people when they come in and buy a book it will have the signatures of the author and editor. COOL While everyone was busy with Lovina, and Kevin I took a moment and talked to Rachel about the nice kitten that still need a nice home. It was a great day for me and I am glad I was able to go.
